Family Search

FamilySearch is the world's largest repository of genealogical records and manages the famous Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. It has amassed over 1.5 billion names from family trees worldwide. They have more than 100 million pages of newspapers from 1739 to the present. Theirs is the largest index of tombstones and insrciptions with photos of the graves. The UOVGG is no longer an affiliate of Family Search. As such, microfilms can no longer be ordered from Family Search and sent to the UOVGG Library in Pembroke.
