- Johann DOERING, his wife and family lived in Burgerwiesen
bei Landsberg a/W. I know that Landsberg is now Gorzow
Wielkopolski, Poland. Can anyone help me locate
Burgerwiesen? Was it a separte village or a suburb of
Landsberg?

- Fort Coulonge
- Can anyone tell me of a Roman Catholic church or archive
which would have records for the Fort Coulonge area prior
to the establishment of St. Alphonse de Liguori in about
1836?

- GROENEWOLD
- Seeking help in finding my mother's burial place. She was
b. 1928 in Winsholten, Holland, came to Toronto, Canada
1953. Her maiden name was Meta GROENEWOLD. I do not know
her married name. She died, age 67, in Ontario, late
spring or early sumer 1996.

- LETT / WARREN / MITCHELL
- Phillipine Margaret d/o Thomas Benjam LETT and wife
Elizabeth WARREN, b. at Eganville 1852, d. 1923
Sacramento, California. She was m. at South Stukeley,
Quebec, to James J. MITCHELL. The marriage was performed
by Rev. Charles P. Abbott, who may have been a minister
of the Presbyterian Church. Some members of the family
were Catholic. The first and perhaps second child were
born in Canada but have no place of birth. Can anyone
tell me where to look for church records for South
Stukeley?
